So, here i am, new to DeviantART, and without a clue.

I suppose this is where i'll post something about myself - as i'm notoriously bad at keeping any form of journal, don't expect this to be updated with any form of regularity. If at all...

My name's Nicoletta - PLEASE call me Nicky. I live in the Netherlands, and i'm 20 years old - though due to a rare hormonal developement disorder (so rare in fact that it remains unacknowledged to this day) i'm at about half of my expected life span. As for the disorder - I'll save you the details here, suffice to say that in dayly life i'm generally estimated to be between 8-10 years young. It has it's benefits, though ! But maybe that's just because i'm annoyingly blatant, and enjoy shocking people - it's easy, for me. So easy, in fact, that just kissing me in public has gotten my husband arrested - because i hadn't brought ID. Okay, the look on the officer's face when he had to appologise to the both of us was priceless...

Anyway ! that's probably more than you wanted to know about me, anyway, but there it is ^_^;

Within short time, we're moving to a much, MUCH bigger house, but we have to rewire it - it's 75 years old, and plugging in several computers'd probably make the whole place go up.
we called up a while ago to discuss this with our ISP slash cable company, and it seems they took the words 'we may be moving in the near future' as 'we will nolonger be requiring your services at the old address as per the new year' - we just got a text message earlier that they'd be discontinueing our service as of januari first.
so unless we can get that somehow reversed chances are we'll be offline from then for two to six months, as it's not going to be worth the three-to-six-week wait to get reconnected before we move in two months or so - I will keep people posted via this Journal.

Well. Looks like we didn't get disconnected after all; in fact i may be able to keep hold of my 'net connection untill the move, and we may even be connected through another ISP the verry day we move into our new house !
